Business address: Mailing address provided in your member agreement. Contact: privacy@creditgod.ai.
CreditGod is not a consumer reporting agency. We are not a law firm.
2. Information we collect
Account and identity data: name, email, phone, password hashes, date of birth, and identity-verification responses (KBA / OTP / MFA) processed through our credit data partners.
Payment data: payment method tokens collected by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on CreditGod servers when a processor is configured.
Credit and financial data: credit reports, scores, tradelines, inquiry history, and dispute status obtained after you authorize a pull through our partners. Vault documents you upload (IDs, proof of address, statements, settlement letters).
Communications: chat with God Mode, support tickets, SMS if you opt in, email, and call recordings where disclosed.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and approximate location derived from IP. Analytics events are designed never to include SSN.
We do not ask for SSN on the marketing site. Production identity flows may collect SSN or truncated SSN only as required by partners for verification and bureau access, under partner contracts.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Verify identity and pull Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion reports through our credit data partners
- Operate God Mode: analyze your file, draft bureau disputes and furnisher letters, file and mail them, and track outcomes
- Enroll and manage Boost Line, lock guidance, and identity monitoring features
- Bill the subscription, enforce the CROA cooling-off window, and process cancellations
- Send service, security, and (with consent) marketing communications including SMS under our SMS Terms
- Detect fraud, abuse, and Acceptable Use violations
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims
- Improve product quality with aggregated or de-identified insights where permitted
5. Retention
We retain account, credit, dispute, and billing records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as needed for legal, tax, dispute, and audit obligations, unless a longer period is required by law.
Vault documents may be retained for the life of related disputes plus a limited buffer period. You may request deletion subject to legal holds; see Your rights.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of credit data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and masking of SSN / account numbers in God Mode chat.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. See the Security page for product-facing detail. We do not claim SOC 2 or similar certifications unless separately verified and stated.
7. Your rights
Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, and others), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or limit certain uses of personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling where applicable.
To exercise rights, email privacy@creditgod.ai or use in-product tools when available. We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests. You may use an authorized agent where law allows.
You also retain FCRA rights to obtain your own credit reports and dispute directly with bureaus.
8. Children
CreditGod is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have, contact us to delete it.
9. International users
