Effective: Effective at launch
Entity: CreditGod LLC. Address: Mailing address provided in your member agreement. Registration: State registration details provided in your member agreement where required.
These Partner Terms govern participation in the CreditGod Partners Program (the "Program") operated by CreditGod LLC ("CreditGod," "we," "us"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Partner," "you") agree to these terms. Approved partners also sign a Partner Agreement; if the signed Partner Agreement conflicts with these terms, the Partner Agreement controls.
1. Enrollment and approval
You must apply and be approved before promoting CreditGod as a partner. We review applications at our discretion and may decline any application without giving a reason.
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and keep your contact and payment details current. You may not apply more than once or through another person's account.
Approval does not make you an employee, agent, franchisee, or joint venturer of CreditGod. You may not make commitments on our behalf.
2. FTC endorsement disclosures
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to CreditGod every time you promote us, consistent with the FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.
Disclosures must be close to the recommendation or link, easy to notice, and in plain language, for example "#ad" or "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link." In video and audio, say it out loud as well as in text. A disclosure hidden behind a "more" link, in a profile bio only, or among a block of hashtags is not enough.
Only share honest opinions based on your actual experience. Don't claim to have used CreditGod if you haven't.
3. Prohibited claims
CreditGod is a credit management service subject to the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and state laws. You may not make any claim that CreditGod could not lawfully make itself. In particular, you may not:
- Promise or imply any specific score increase, number of points, or timeframe for results.
- Promise or imply that negative items will be deleted, or that accurate, timely information can be removed.
- Promise approval for the Boost Line or any credit product. Describe the Boost Line only as an approved limit up to $10,000, subject to approval.
- Suggest anyone create a new credit identity, use an EIN or CPN in place of an SSN, or misrepresent information to a creditor or credit bureau.
- Describe CreditGod as a law firm, a lender (except as stated in the Boost Line terms), or a government program.
- Make claims about the results of other members, invent testimonials, or describe CreditGod as "free" when it isn't.
- Disparage other companies by name or make comparative claims you can't substantiate.
4. Prohibited practices
You may not:
- Send unsolicited email, texts, direct messages, or calls (spam), or violate CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, or similar laws.
- Bid on CreditGod brand terms, misspellings, or domain variations in paid search, or use them in display URLs, without our prior written permission.
- Register domains, social handles, or app names containing "CreditGod" or confusingly similar terms.
- Impersonate CreditGod or its staff, or imply that you are part of our support team.
- Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, incentivized sign-ups not approved in writing, self-referrals, or any other method that creates fraudulent or unearned referrals.
- Promote CreditGod on sites or channels that contain unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or deceptive content, or that target minors.
- Collect personal or financial information (including SSNs, card numbers, or credit report data) from your audience on our behalf.
5. Commissions and payment
The commission terms below apply to approved partners in good standing. Earnings examples on our website are illustrative, not a guarantee of income.
- Rate: 20% recurring commission on the CreditGod subscription fee actually collected from each referred member. At the current $39.99/month price, that is about $8 per paying member per month.
- Duration: commission is paid on the referred member's first 12 paid months only, up to about $96 per referred member at the current price. No commission is paid on later months.
- Earning: commission is earned only on a payment that has cleared the member's 30-day money-back window. Payments that are refunded, charged back, or cancelled within 30 days earn nothing. If a payment you were paid on is later refunded or charged back, that commission is deducted from your balance or future payouts.
- Payment schedule: commissions are paid monthly, net-30 after the end of the month in which they are earned.
- Minimum payout: $50. Balances under $50 roll over to the next month until the minimum is reached.
- Attribution: referrals are tracked with a 60-day referral cookie and credited on a last-click basis. If a visitor clicks another partner's link after yours, the later click gets the credit. Referrals we can't track through your unique link or code are not eligible.
- Exclusions: commission applies to the CreditGod subscription fee only. Boost Line and any other products or programs are excluded, along with taxes and fees.
- Ineligible referrals: self-referrals (including you, your household, or accounts you control) and referrals from paid search ads that bid on CreditGod brand terms are not eligible for commission.
6. Adjustments, taxes, and changes to commission terms
We may withhold, reverse, or offset commissions for referrals that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, and we may hold payouts while we investigate suspected violations.
You are responsible for taxes on amounts you receive and for providing any tax forms we request before payout.
We may change the commission terms or other program terms with 30 days' notice by email to approved partners. Your signed Partner Agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms or with anything on our website.
7. License to our brand
While you are an approved partner in good standing, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CreditGod name, logos, and creative materials we provide, only to promote CreditGod under these terms.
Do not modify our logos or creative kit materials, or create new claims, without written approval. All goodwill from use of our marks benefits CreditGod. The license ends automatically when your participation ends.
8. Review and monitoring
We may review your promotional content and channels at any time and ask you to change or remove content. You agree to make requested changes promptly, and to keep copies of your promotions for at least 12 months so we can review them on request.
9. Suspension and termination
Either party may end your participation at any time with written notice. We may suspend or terminate you immediately for a violation of these terms or the law, or for conduct that could harm members or CreditGod.
On termination, stop using our marks and materials and remove your links. Commissions earned in compliance with these terms before termination are paid on the normal schedule once they meet the $50 minimum, unless your Partner Agreement says otherwise; commissions tied to violations are forfeited.
10. Indemnity and limitation of liability
You are responsible for your content and conduct, and you agree to indemnify CreditGod against claims arising from your promotions, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreditGod is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from the Program, and our total liability to you will not exceed the commissions paid to you in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms with 30 days' notice. We'll post the updated version here and notify approved partners by email. Continuing to participate after changes take effect means you accept them. Your signed Partner Agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
