CreditGod LLC respects intellectual property rights. This page describes how to submit copyright complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and other IP notices.
1. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on creditgod.ai infringes your copyright, send a written notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed infringed
- Identification of the material to be removed and information reasonably sufficient to locate it
- Your contact information (address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent

3. Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Review the statutory requirements before you send one.
4. Repeat infringers
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
5. Trademarks
CreditGod name and marks are owned by us. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Trademark complaints: copyright@creditgod.ai.
