Entity: CreditGod LLC. Address: Mailing address provided in your member agreement. Registration: State registration details provided in your member agreement where required.
This Cookie Policy explains how CreditGod LLC uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels, and scripts) on creditgod.ai, and how you control them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
2. Our approach: off until you opt in
Only strictly necessary technologies run by default. Analytics and marketing tools stay off, and their scripts are not loaded, until you choose to allow them in our cookie banner or Cookie settings.
We never send your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, street address, Social Security number, card details, or credit report information to analytics or advertising tools.
3. Categories and tools
We group technologies into three categories:
- Strictly necessary (always on): security, load balancing, and remembering your cookie choice. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie and local storage named cg_consent for 12 months. During a visit we may keep campaign source details (UTM parameters and the referring website's domain) in session storage; they are only sent to analytics tools if you allow Analytics.
- Analytics (off by default): Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), used with Google Consent Mode v2 so storage stays denied unless you allow it, and PostHog (PostHog, Inc.), used to understand the sign-up funnel. Autocapture and session recording are turned off. These tools may set cookies such as _ga, _ga_*, and ph_* for up to 13 months.
- Marketing (off by default): Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), used to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups. It may set cookies such as _fbp for up to 90 days. Under some state laws this can count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. How to change your consent
Use "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page to review or change your choices at any time. Turning a category off stops those tools from collecting further data, and we try to delete their cookies set on our domain.
Your choice is kept for 12 months. We'll ask again after that, or sooner if we add new categories or tools.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
5. Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing: Marketing stays off and can't be turned on while the signal is present, and Cookie settings shows that the signal was honored. See Do Not Sell or Share for more.
6. Updates
We may update this Policy as our tools change. When we add a category or tool, we'll ask for your consent again.
