Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of CreditGod LLC websites and services. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund where lawful.
1. Permitted use
Use CreditGod only for lawful personal credit management on files you are authorized to manage. Provide accurate information. Upload only documents you have a right to share.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Instruct disputes of accurate, current, verifiable information you know is correct
- Submit forged, altered, or another person's documents
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent identity during KBA / OTP
- Attempt to access another member's account or data
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service except as allowed by law
- Use the service to harass furnishers or bureaus with frivolous mass filings
- Upload malware or attempt to bypass security controls
- Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement
- Violate export, sanctions, fraud, or credit-related criminal laws
3. God Mode and automation
God Mode may refuse instructions that violate this AUP or CROA/FCRA norms. Circumventing refusals (e.g., repeatedly marking accurate debt as "not mine") is a violation.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate, remove content, suspend features, terminate accounts, and report to law enforcement. We are not obligated to monitor all activity but may do so for security and compliance.
